YINDaLINI YOGA
Yindalini Yoga isn't a traditional style of yoga—it's the name I’ve created for the classes I teach. It's a unique and dynamic blend of various practices that I love and have found helpful over the years. The class evolves each time, drawing from elements like Yin yoga, Kundalini yoga, sound therapy, pranayama (breathwork), meditation, mantra, and occasionally Chi Gong or self-shiatsu.
I enjoy the creative license Yindalini Yoga gives me, allowing me to fuse these diverse elements in a way that feels authentic and supportive. The focus of the class is on balancing and regulating the nervous and endocrine systems, offering a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. It’s my way of sharing the practices that have supported my own journey and healing. Yindalini Yoga also provides an opportunity to explore deeper awareness of subconscious habits and physical limitations, offering insight into their root causes.

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT LEAH
Leah took her first yoga class in 2004 and it was instantly a yes. Her yogini path was slightly unique in that she found the Kundalini Yoga lineage as her next interface within the many styles available. She loves and practices all styles of yoga but it is kundalini that shows up consistently in her diligent, daily home practice year after year.
Her newest yoga obsession is Yin Yoga. This floor based practice employees right depth, stillness and time as a recipe for nervous system regulation. It’s the perfect antidote for our busy, always on the go life styles.
More recently she has combined these two disciplines into one class and calls it Yindalini. Classes are typically 75 minutes which leaves time for an extra long sound therapy savasana with either gong or crystal bowls. These consciously created high frequency sound waves work to integrate the physical, mental, spiritual bodies and clear any dissonance or blockages.
Leah’s classes are open to all levels and all body’s. She is passionate about gathering and serving community (Sangha!) one class at a time.
